CANCELLATION POLICY
Everyone has emergencies and illness and that’s always taken into account, however: I do ask that we respect each others time. Please give me notice in the case of a scheduling conflict. 36 hours is strongly preferred. As a one woman operation- it’s a challenge to fill and manage my schedule with short notice cancellations and/or constant reschedules. If an appointment is rescheduled more than twice, a non refundable 50% of the appointment cost is due as deposit before rebooking. If an appointment is a no-show/no communication, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
